1000 Islands Duals Tournament- August 5-7 Results:

The Suburban Council Team made up of 3 schools (Colonie, Columbia & Shenendehowa) went 5-1 and earned first place in the Blue Bracket Division. Representing Columbia on the team were: John McHugh, Brendan Morgan, Angelo Kress, Evan Wallace, and El Shaddai-Vanhoesen.

Victor Duals Tournament in Rochester, NY- August 13th Results

Angelo Kress went Undefeated in winning 4 matches to help his Journeymen Club Team
win the Tournament Championship.

  • Matt McHugh went 7-6 for the New York National Team in Indianapolis, Indiana last week.
  • El Shaddai Gilmore-VanHoesen will be wrestling for Team NY in Daytona, Florida this Friday & Sat.
  • Evan Wallace & El Shaddai Gilmore went Undefeated in the Match against Leukemia Tournament held at Albany Academy field house Memorial Day Weekend.
  • Matt Greene & El Shaddai will be Wrestling for Team NY in Fargo, N.Dakota this July.
